Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@londonescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 70% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Brick Lane is one of the most famous streets in London surrounded by restaurants, museums, theatres and touristic tours. The Space: Apart from the fantastic central location, the flat benefits from: a spacious and stylish living room and a fully accessorised kitchen where all the appliances are provided. - 1 big double room capable to host 2 people, 1 smaller double room which can host 2 persons and last but not least 1 sofa bed which can be turned into a double bed and can host 2 more people - 1 modern bathroom with tub
